Management of LSSTH has declared following as "Patient's Right" and all the staff involved with LSSTH service are sensitized and trained for same. 

  - The right to have privacy & dignity.
  - The right to have confidentiality of information. 
  - The right to accept or refuse any investigation.
  - Right to get accurate reports.
  - The patient shall not be subjected to any procedure without informed consent.
  - The right to make complaints/suggestions.
  - The right to access his/her result records.
  - Right to choose the method of examination.
  - Right to know all the information related to laboratory investigations.
