WDI OF MASSON’S TRICHROME STAIN Staining Procedure: Deparafinize sections by keeping in oven for 5 minute, dlear it with xylene 2 changes for 15 minute each. Wash in tap water. Stain nuclei by the Celestin blue for 5 minute. Differentiate with 1% acid alcohol.
