Hemoglobin Total WBC count Differential WBC count (Neutrophil, lymphocyte, Eosinophil, Basophil, Monocyte/others. RBC count MCV MCH MCHC RDW(CV) HCT Platelet count Peripheral smear examination Reticulocyte count PSMP ESR Bone marrow smear examination Prothrombin time Activated partial thromboplastin time.	Every 3 monthly EQAS sample is received under ISHTM – AIIMS EQAS programme for CBC on three part and five part analyser including Reticulocyte and peripheral smear. Monthly one sample is sent for inter laboratory comparison for PSMP and ESR. Every 6 monthly one bone marrow smear is sent for inter laboratory comparison. Every 4 monthly EQAS sample is received under ISHTM-CMC VELLORE EQAS program for haemostasis.
