TISSUE FLOATING BATH
First fill up the instrument with tap water. Then switch on the instument.
Adjust the temperature between 60C to 65C.
Cut the histopathology section and put the ribbon on the surface of water In the tissue floating bath.
Lift the section on egg-albumin coated slide.
To remove tissue floaters put paper on surface of water and take of it immediately.
After completion of the work sectioning work, switch of the instrument and clean the instrument . Remove the water.
We have to change the tissue floating bath water each and every day before starting the work.
