• This instrument contains three units

1. Thermal unit
2. Cool unit
3. Dispenser unit

1) Instrument program is set such that dispenser unit starts automatically at 5. 30 am & stops at 4.30 pm from Monday to Friday, on Saturday starts automatically at 5. 30 am & stops at 12.30 pm.

2) Switch on thermal & cool unit. Note the temp in thermal unit 74 – 78C & 0 to -4 C in cool unit.

3) After opening cassette of tissue put it on thermal unit.

4) Take steel mould & take paraffin wax in it from dispenser unit by pressing button below nozzle.

5) Take tissue from thermal unit & put it in steel mould with pressure and keep plastic cassette over it with pressure.

6) Put steel mould in cool unit

7) Immediately put label of tissue on plastic cassette.

8) After 5-6 minute take plastic cassette from steel mould such a way that it is separated itself from steel mould.
