Procedure

When new staff joins the laboratory, ask about vaccination status
If vaccination is done, ask about number of doses taken, tentative date and month of vaccination
Enter the datails in LIS
If vaccination is not taken, give first dose of HBV and enter in LIS.
Set reminder for second dose and booster dose.
Give subsequent dose and enter in LIS.
Periodically we are doing HBsAg titer of all laboratory staff.
Vaccination is done if titre is low.
