Set the volume. Press volume lock and hold it down.

Set the volume by rotating the operating button.

Release volume lock.

Note: do not rotate operating button without pressing volume lock. Fit the tip on to the pipettor tip cone.

Press the operating button to the first stop.

Place the tip under surface of fluid (3-4mm) and smoothly release the button. Wait for the 1-2 second. Withdraw the tip. Remove excess fluid by touching against edge of container . Dispense fluid by pressing operating button to first stop.

After short delay press the operating button to the second stop to empty the tip.

Note: Change the tip after each use.
