1. Switch on computer.

2. Open Mozilla Firefox.

3. Go to address http://gmcsurat.edu.in:9998/lis/

• Name of Software:infoDiagnostica
• Software User Manual: infodiagnostica_user_manual.pdf

4. Login & Click on ‘new sample’ for entering details of patient.

Note: Authorised technician, resident doctors and faculty have unique login ids and passwords.

• Adding tests to already registered sample.

• Removing tests from previously registered sample

Results Input screen shows samples ordered in the descending order of registration for the selected location & department at the time user-login.

5. Once findings are added in format, report can be released after reviewing by click on ‘Save and Sign’

Note: Facility for only saving the report and providing provisional report is also available.

6.For digital signing, after logging in from respective faculty account, tick the box on left side of particular. patient and click on ‘Sign’ in left bottom.

7. Log out after completion of work.

8. For printing reports:

• Go to printing module on address http://gmcsurat.edu.in:9998/reportmodulebulk
• Login if asked
• Go to results and tick the box of specific patient and click on ‘Show results’ and print.
• Log out after completion of print.
