1. Insert the power cord & switch on the power supply.
2. RPM & time display will blink last run RPM & time.
3. Time setting : Push SET time key, the timer display starts incrementing till 99 & after that it starts from 1 again.

Range of time – 1-99 min.

Set your desirable time.

4. RPM setting:

Push set RPM key for 3 seconds. Dot point of last RPM digit starts blinking. Now turn the RPM knob to set the desired RPM. Turning the knob

clockwise - ↑se RPM.

Anticlock wise - ↓ se RPM.

5. After setting time & RPM, load test tube. Put test tubes by strictly maintaining their balance centrifuge loads must be balanced by placing the tubes of equal size, shape & containing equal volumes opposite to each other. Do not overload.

6. Push start key,

7. When centrifugation complete. Allow it to stop completely. Wait for 3 minutes & then open the cover of centrifuge & remove sample tubes.

8. If during centrifuge – user wants to terminate centrifugation – Push stop key.

Routine maintenance

• Interior of the bowl should be inspected regularly for contamination & SIB be cleaned regularly.
• Open the lid & clean centrifuge bowl. From inner side with clean mop using neutral agent.
• Remove any impurities or foreign objects that are left inside the chamber.
• Remove profile rubber. Cushions from centrifuge loads & powder them with talcum.
