How to perform TSH examination

1. 3 levels of calibrator ,in ready to use form ,liquid kept at 2 to 8 degree celcius temperature
2. for each level 7 allicorte of 300 microliter was made and parafilmed ,barcode label sticed and kept in urine micro container and that were kept in box and labelled as fresh calibrator cupand put in deep fridge no 16
3. Left over sample, which was used for calibration , was kept in original bottle of calibrator

1. For Thyroid profile, do entry of TSH only
2. Do not give Free T3 and Free T4 without permission of resident doctor
3. In instrument, do following setting to OFF reflex testing of Free T3 and Free T4
4. Go to Option
5. Configure assay
6. Select TSH
7. Go to review and edit configuration
8. Following scrren will appaear
9. 
10. OFF reflex dilution
11. Click on configure reflex
12. Following screen will appear
13. 
14. Deselect all test and deselect reflex to the same assay and reflexes to selected assay
