1. 3 level of calibrator,frozen powdered form
2. keep at room temperature for 10-15 min
3. reconstitute with 1 ml of QC water
4. Make 5 cup of 200 microliter of each level
5. 1 cup of each level will be used for calibration
6. Remained 4 cup of each calibrator parafilm it and place in a urine microcontainer and label those as a fresh cup
7. Retained sample after calibration will be kept in its original bottle ,parafilm it and label as used cup
8. keep all these cups-used and fresh in deep friedge no-16
