Special instruction for hs Tn-I calibrator
- 3 level of calibrator level-1 , level-2, and level-3
- It comes in frozen state and ready to use form
- Each level contain 2 ml of calibrator
- From main bottle 4 cup was made of 0.5 ml from each level
- This cup was capped and parafilm done
- Barcode label was sticked on lower part which has mentioned Name lot no and level
- kept in urine micro-container
- For next time calibration use this cup
- After calibration retained calibrator was kept in original bottle in which it actually came
- This retained calibrator will be used as a quality control sample in future
- All this kept in box
- This box kept in deep friedge no-16
- After each calibration kept retained calibrator in its original bottle
- For calibration do not use sample from its original bottle ,use labelled parafilmed cup
