Sort data for new QC in Excel sheet
- Overlap New Qc samples with old Qc samples for 20 days.
- After end of Batch , Export results from Erba XL-640.
- Open 10.207.3.245 from any computer.Following window opens.
- Open last file of “result reprint”. It open like this.
- Copy sample column and do “paste special” in new excel sheet.In “paste special” Tick on numbers and transpose as shown in screen shot.
- Do this procedure every time you do new internal QC.
- Do this for 20 days.
- Calculate mean , SD and CV of 20 days data.
- Final data to be sorted in another sheet in excel.Data sorted like shown in screen shot.
- Write Target(average of 20 days data) and yearly cv% in excel sheet.Yearly cv% is the cv which is sent to NABL.
- Calculate SD from yearly cv% by equation (Target*yearly cv%)/100.
- To find Final target “round” the target value.
- To find Final SD “roundup” the SD.
