Sample preservation of TSH

  1. Print examination wise worklist for TSH twice a day at 9 AM and 4 PM.
  2. Write sample Id on rough part of capped ependroff cup according to worklist.
  3. Take minimum 200 microliter serum and maximum as much as possible in capped epindroff cup.
  4. Seal it with paraffin film and store it in deep freeze.
