Reagent bottle preparation and programming of it in Erba XL-640

  1. Wash reagent bottle 2-3 times with DI water.
  2. Then fill the reagent of test you want to calibrate.
  3. Give position of new reagent bottle in erba XL-640.
  4. Go to 'Utility —> Reagent position(f11)'.step 1
  5. Tick on 'edit position'. select position,reagent,Reagent type,bottle type and lot no. from drop down menu.
