Reagent bottle preparation and programming of it in Erba XL-640
- Wash reagent bottle 2-3 times with DI water.
- Then fill the reagent of test you want to calibrate.
- Give position of new reagent bottle in erba XL-640.
- Go to 'Utility —> Reagent position(f11)'.
- Tick on 'edit position'. select position,reagent,Reagent type,bottle type and lot no. from drop down menu.
