1. 2 level of calibrator, in frozen powered form
2. keep at room temperature and than reconstitute with 1 ml of QC water
3. Make 5 cup of 200 microliter of both level
4. Label those cup and parafilm it
5. these cup are fresh and use for next time calibration
6. use 1 cup for calibration
7. Retained sample from used cup will be kept in original bottle and labelled as used calibrator and parafilmed
8. these used cup will be kept in urine microcontainer and labelled as used calibrator and kept in deep friedge no-16
9. and unused cup were kept in urine microcontainer and labelled as unused cup and kept in fridge no-16
