7. kept in urine micro-container and labelled as fresh cup
8. For next time calibration use this cup
9. After calibration retained calibrator was kept in original bottle in which it actually came and it was labelled as used cup
10. This retained calibrator will be used as a quality control sample in future
11. All this kept in box
12. This box kept in deep friedge no-16
13. After each calibration kept retained calibrator in its original bottle
14. For calibration do not use sample from its original bottle ,use labelled parafilmed cup
