Preparation of CHE epindroff cups

  1. Put electronic pipette in charging 1 hour before starting procedure.
  2. CHE kit provide R1 and R2.
  3. Dissolve 30 ml DI water in R1 bottle and 1 ml DI water in R2 bottle.
  4. Kept it for 15 min. Meanwhile keep ependroff cup label with 'CHE' and parafilm of appropriate size ready.
  5. Mix 1 ml R2 in 30 R1 in bottle of R1. Total mix reagent volume is 31 ml.
  6. Mix it well by gently invert and evert movement.
  7. Fill 775 microliter of mixture (R1+R2) in ependroff cup with help of electronic pipette.
  8. Make such approximately 40 cups and cover it with parafilm.
  9. Store in deep freezer.
