- Set aspiration speed = 3.
- Set dispense speed = 3.
- While dispensing pipette, tip should be touching the upper wall of well.
- Keep pressing button and move tips upward.
- Only when tips are away from well, release the pressed button.do not change tip every time.

- Set aspiration speed = 3.
- Set dispense speed = 9.
