-Wear goggles and gloves. -Take all the new cups in a rack. -Pour 10% HCL in squeezing bottle -Pour 10% HCL in each cup at a time -Wait for 10-15mins.

-Wash all the cups individually with de-ionised water. -Pour methanol in squeezing bottle -Pour methanol in each cup at a time -DO NOT DISCARD METHANOL.Collect it in Resin carbo.Reuse for electrophoresis.

-Wash each and every cup with deionised water. Repeat it for 4 times. -Get rid of all the water in cups and keep them in a tray.Tray should be covered with Gauze piece. -Keep the tray in an incubator until dry at temp of 37'C(DO NOT USE MORE THAN 37'Because high temp change the shape of the cups).

-Now the cups are ready to use. Currently QC Cups not washed before use since 2nd October 2018.
