Preparation of sample loading buffer
- Take 10 ml of glycerol
- Add 25 ml of 0.1M EDTA, pH 6.8
- Add 1.21gm Tris base
- Add 6ml of 10% HCl
- Make up to 90 ml apporx. with DI water.
- Check pH, Adjust to 6.8 if required with 10% HCL
- Make up to 100ml.
- Add 40 mg of BPB dye.
