How to enter request

  1. Open 12.207.3.240
  2. Enter your user name and password.
  3. Click on 'New'.figure 1
  4. Enter sample_Id and click on 'new_sample'.figure 2
  5. Enter patient deatails properly and click on 'save_sample'.figure 3
  6. To add requested test directly click on profile or click on 'id' to add test.

How to edit request

  1. Open 12.207.3.240
  2. Enter your user name and password.
  3. click on 'edit'.Step 1
  4. Enter sample_Id and click on 'edit_sample'.figure 2
  5. Edit the details and click on'save_sample'.figure 3
  6. To add requested test directly click on 'id' of examination in scope menu.
  7. Alternatively,examinations can be added by selecting appropriate button of profile menu.

How to delete examination

  1. Open 12.207.3.240
  2. Enter your user name and password.
  3. click on 'edit'—>'delete examination'.figure 1
  4. Enter sample_id and click on 'delete_examination'.figure 2
  5. click on 'id' to delete examination.

How to delete sample

  1. Open 12.207.3.240
  2. Enter your user name and password.
  3. click on 'edit'—>'delete sample'figure 1
  4. Enter sample_id and click on 'delete_sample'.figure 2
  5. click on 'Delete sample' to delete whole sample.
