Open 12.207.3.240.
Enter user name and password.
Go to Quality—→Calibrations.
click on 'New calibration'.
Fill details as written below:
1. Code = select from drop down menu
2. date_of_calibration = select date of calibration
3. equipment_name = select from drop down menu
4. Purpose = new lot , weekly calibration , New method etc
5. Reagents = Lot no. of reagent used for calibration
6. calibrators = Lot no. of calibrators used for calibration
7. Responses = value of calibrator and O.D of calibrator
8. Correlation_function = factor
9. quality check = value of Quality control
10. Detail = if any
Then click on 'save'.To attach whole file of calibration
If calibration is not accepted then also it should be uploaded in the calibration. but write in remark the reason why calibration is not acceted and in correlation factor write down it is not accepted or nt to used.
