Conclusion
Total Protein reagent interferes with Calcium estimation
Probably there is reagent carry over.
Introduce four Deteregent wash cycle in between total protein(interfering test) and Calcium (Interfered Test) in ERBA 640 XL.

Mechanism
Na K Tartrate chelates Calcium. So Calcium result will be low because of reagent carry over
