3. Click on “Administration” as shown in above screenshot and after clicking below screen appears.

5. Click on “Find new printer” as shown in above screenshot and after clicking below screen appears.

7. Click on “Add This Printer-Zebra_Technologies_ZTC_GC420t” and after clicking below screen appears.

9. Click on “Continue” as shown in above screenshot and after clicking below screen appears.

11. Select “Zebra” and Click on “Continue” as shown in above screenshot and after clicking below screen appears.

13. Select “Zebra ZPL Label Printer(en)” and Click on “Add Printer” as shown in above screenshot and after clicking below screen appears.

15. Select Media size “2.00×1.00”, resolution “203dpi” and Media Type “Thermal Transfer Media” then click on “Select Default Option” as shown in above screenshot.
16. After installation print “Test page”( open http://127.0.0.1:631/–> Administration –> Manage Printer –> Print teast page.)

1. Open the barcode printer by pulling two side levers towards the front of the printer.
2. Seperate and hold open the media hangers as shown in below image.

4. Insert roll in between hangers and release the media hangers.
5. Roll should pass through two black guides as shown in above image.
6. Close the printer by pressing the coverlock inside as shown in image and tick sound will be heard when printer close.

1. Open the barcode printer by pulling two side levers towards the front of the printer.

1. Before following these steps, prepare the ribbon by removing its wrapping and pulling its adhesive strip free.
2. Thread the ribbon through the carriage.
3. Press the right side onto the supply hub.
4. Align the notches on the left side and mount onto the spokes of the left hub.

1. Press the right side onto the take-up hub.
2. Align the notches on the left side and mount onto the spokes of the left hub.
3. You can find your first ribbon take-up core in the packing box. Subsequently,use the empty supply core to take up the next roll of ribbon.

1. You must align the ribbon so that it will be taken straight onto the core.
2. Attach the ribbon to the take up core.Use the adhesive strip on new rolls;otherwise, use tape.
3. Turn the ribbon take-up gear counter-clockwise (top moves toward rear) to remove slack from the ribbon.
4. Close the top cover. Remember that you need to release the cover lock,lower the top cover, and press down until the latches snap into place.
5. Close the printer by pressing the coverlock inside as shown in image and tick sound will be heard when printer close.

1. If there is no printed barcode then look for ink role if it is used up or wrinkled.
2. if it is wrinkled then remove wrinkle and tighten up the role.
3. If it is used role then remove that part of ink role.
4. if there is red colour blinking after barcode print came out. Then it has to be taken as error message.
5. Attachment of ink role: First press spring end of ink role holder then put the ink role in the holder of spring then look for the notch on the opposite side.place the other end of ink role in that notch and press the role from spring end. so it will properly fit into holder and move without resistance.
6. If label is printed only after saving it,
