1. To download ppd file click on Ricoh ppd file
2. First download above file & rename as ricoh-aficio-mp-2000.ppd (by removing .pdf extension),then browse this file.
3. In Debian 10 onwards, Ricoh Aficio MP 2000 - CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.11 ppd available in installation and openprinting.org works well
4. Open http://127.0.0.1:631/ .
5. Go to administration
6. Go to Add printer option
7. It will ask for user name and password
8. Username is: root
9. password- dnarna123 then enter the password and click ok
10. Screen shows list of printers
11. Click on 'RICOH Aficio MP 2000 (RICOH Aficio MP 2000)' from list of printer.press continue.
12. The screen shows name and description of printer.press continue.
13. The screen will shows available models or ask to 'Provide a PPD File'. We will provide PPD file.
