• open terminal
• write ssh root@12.207.3.240
• give password
• write ls and then press enter.
• so many files will be shown.
• Check rp500 in that list.
• write cd rp500
• rp500 will be seen at left side.
• write ls
• so many files will be shown.
• Check lis3_conf.py in that list.
• write pico lis3_conf.py
• green red coloured texts will be seen.
• 
• 
• see last line of above photo.
• 53878 is the number which need to change as per instrument number.
• give ctrl+s and enter. (for save)
• give ctrl+x and enter. (for exit)
• How to see this number in Instrument- setup—>Printer and device—>Communication—>Ethernet.
• Following screen will be seen.
• 
• click on configure to edit it.
• Also check IP address and Router address.
• After all this process, you have to restart computer in which you are working.
• other way to restart computer by using terminal is described below.
• go into rp500 file. write cd rp500 then press enter.
• write cd utility then press enter.
• write .c/reset and press tab.
• below screen will be seen with two green active word.
•
