Table of Contents
Gently mix sample between palm 4 to 5 times
keep the sample vertical at 90 degree position with needle with cap kept as shown in below image
Gently push from below to remove air completely from sample and extra blood will store in cap of needle as shown in below image
check that no air should be there in sample
Now remove needle with cap and wipe extra blood coming out from tip of syringe with cotton or gauze piece
Gently mix sample between palm 4 to 5 times
