Print label from LIS

  1. Open 12.207.3.240
  2. Enter your user name and password.
  3. Click on Misc—–> Label.
  4. Following screen will be seen.
  5. Click on sample tube barcode.
  6. Following screen will be seen.
  7. Write sample IDs for which you want to print barcode.
  8. Then click on print small barcode.
  9. Download these barcodes from barcode printer and use accordingly where needed.

Print 4 line label from LIS

  1. Open 12.207.3.240
  2. Enter your user name and password.
  3. Click on Misc—–> Label.
  4. Following screen will be seen.
  5. Click on 4 line barcode.
  6. Following screen will be seen.
  7. Write down the data that you want to print on barcode.
  8. Click on Print label.
  9. Following screen will be seen.
  10. Download these barcodes from barcode printer and use accordingly where needed.

4 Line Label Help

  • If Barcode is tick marked, that perticular line will be barcoded –> Barcode:
  • If Range is selected, that perticular line will have data^X printed –>Range:
  • If Range (from and to) is given, incremental line^X will be printed
  • Line following barcode will be ignored to accomodate barcode

Special instructions for using Ricoh MP-2000L printer for printing labels

  1. After reagent label is ready to print,take out 48×24 mm A4 size labels.
  2. First take out all the empty papers from printer tray.
  3. Put labels in the printer tray as described below.figure 1
  4. Set the length and width of the tray according to size of paper.
  5. Make sure that print dialogbox shows Page handling→page scaling→None
