Procedure to reconstitute EQAS
- EQAS sample will be reconstituted same as Internal Quality Control
- As we have to perform many tests with the EQAS sample, we will have to divide it into many parts and preserve it.
- 4 cups of 500 microlitre. ( to be done with morning QC for four consecutive days )
- 3 cups of 200 microlitre for TIBC,IRON and HDL each.
- 1 cup of 500 microlitre for CHE and any other extra test.
- 1 cup of 700 microlitre for preservation.
