We Have ready made, lyophilized, dry powder formed calibrator with two different concentration of D-DIMER. See photograph

We are using Normal Saline (NS) for reconstitution purpose.

For reconstitute the Calibrator with 3200 ng/ml concentration, add 1 ML of NS into dry calibrator. So resulted concentration will be of 3200 ng/ml.

For reconstitute the Calibrator with 5420 ng/ml concentration, add 1700 uL of NS into dry calibrator. So resulted concentration will be of 3200 ng/ml.

This is our stock solution.

How to make QC:-

We decided to make QC of 800 ng/ml concentration from this stock solution.

For making such QC, take 800 uL of stock solution.

Add 2200 uL of Normal Saline.

Total volume will be of 3000 uL (3 ML).

From this 3 ml, Make cups of 200 uL.

15 cups will be made.

Use these cups as QC.
