- Read the literature- for proper cycle number and sample number.
- Read the start date and end date(last date of sending result) of every sample
- Set the reminder 2 days before start date and end date for each sample
- Enter comment as name of person and time of reconstitution in start date reminder
- Enter comment as name of person and time of sending result in end date reminder.
Technicians and residents are responsible for analyzing EQA samples
Residents are responsible for monthly data analysis of EQA(with that of IQC)
Teaching staff members are responsible for preparing final action plan for nonconformance
