How to do entry if sample is deleted
- Open adminer
- Go to primary result
- search sample id which was deleted
- Add MRD and sample requirement in that sample id
- Code of MRD is 1000 and sample requirement is 1001
- Now go to LIS
- MRD and sample type has been added
- Now add patient name ,department, OPD/Ward and investigation from edit menu
