Hemolysate
- 90 ml TEB Buffer (Half diluted).
- 2 ml Triton x -100
- 20 mg KCN
- 8 ml 0.1 M EDTA
- Mix well, Preserve it in fridge.
Acrylamide Hemolysate
- Take 1 gm acrylamide
- Add 10 ml hemolysate.
- Allow acrylamide to dissolve
- add 10 mg APS
- add 10 ul TEMED
- close lid
- allow polymerization for 30 minutes
