1. 2 level of calibrator ,ready to use ,2 ml
2. 10 cup of 200 microliter was made of each calibrator
3. These cups were labelled ,parafilmed and place in urine microcontainer and labelled as a fresh cup
4. 1 cup was used for calibration
5. Retained sample after calibration will be kept in its original bottle ,parafilmed and labelled as a used cup
6. All these cups used and fresh will be kept in friedge no-16
