Procedure for withdrawn report
- open 10.207.3.240.
- Enter your user name and password.
- Go to 'edit' .
- Enter sample Id of report on which changes are made.
- Click on 'save sample'
- Add “Z_Withdrawn_Report” from below menu.
- write in following format “old parameter=value was wrong and the result was withdrawn.”
- Give this new report in concerned ward and discard the old report in black bag.
