1. take 50 ml of 0.1 mol/ L EDTA and make up to 500 ml with 5% dextrose solution.
2. Or take 50 ml of 0.1 mol/ L EDTA and 25 gm glucose and make upto 500 ml.
3. Keep it preserve in refrigerator.

put 9.306 gm of edta powder in 250ml of DI water and store it in fridge
