• lyophilized crp bottle is reconstituted with 1 ml DI water, incubated for 10 to 15 minutes with periodic shaking until solutes becomes completely dissolved.
• 100 Ul of the mixture is added with 100 Ul of Di water.
• from there again 100 Ul of solution is added to the next alliquote and 100 Ul water is added for 3 more subsequent times. (serial dilution)
• For establishing linearity a total of 6 samples are required.
• 1 sample is the plain calibrator(as CRP stock), and the other one is DI water(as blank).
• the samples are analysed in the analyser and od is plotted in the graph.

• the R1 volume is change from 200 UL to 160 ul and r2 volume is changed from 50 to 40 ul.
• special wash reagent (0.1 n NAOH) is also added for wash
