How to enter calibration details in database
- Open 12.207.3.240.
- Enter user name and password.
- Go to Quality—→Calibrations.
- click on 'New calibration'.
- Fill details as written below:
- Code = select from drop down menu
- date_of_calibration = select date of calibration
- equipment_name = select from drop down menu
- Purpose = new lot , weekly calibration , New method etc
- Reagents = Lot no. of reagent used for calibration
- calibrators = Lot no. of calibrators used for calibration
- Responses = value of calibrator and O.D of calibrator
- Correlation_function = factor
- quality check = value of Quality control
- Detail = if any
- Then click on 'save'.
- To attach whole file of calibration
