1. Make one dummy profile named TIRON copied from IRON profile to remove interfernce in first cycle of wash(Keep standard replicates=3 in both profile)
2. Go to Consumabable and programme as below

4. Go to QC/calibration→ Schedule QC/ Calibration
5. programme as below

7. schedule sample as below

position B1-R1 reagent(already programmed)
position 1- Di water->programme for TIRON
position 2-sample->programme for IRON

1. instrument will first run the blank of both the profiles(blank of TRION will be done first as first sample is of TIRON)and the blank will be substracted directly from sample OD and result will be given.
