- if Total blood volume <2.0, analyses in Erba Xl 640.
- if Total blood volume >2.0 and serum <0.7, analyses in Erba Xl 640.
- if Total blood volume >2.0 and serum >0.7, analyses in Erba Xl 1000.
- For Flouride vacuette
- if Total blood volume <1.5, analyses in Erba Xl 640.
- if Total blood volume >1.5 and plasma <0.5, analyses in Erba Xl 640.
- if Total blood volume >1.5 and plasma >0.5, analyses in Erba Xl 1000.
