Login into the php adminer as shown below.

click on cl_general.

click on user.

click on alter table. Following screen will be shown to you.

Feed the appropriate data according to the need.

In Authorization, feed the rights according to the person (for example doctor, technician)

-Follow same instruction as above except that use prototype resident authority instead.

Note: Authority has to be given first time for creating new user in case of system failure and subsequent users will be created as mentioned above.

1. Open 12.207.3.241/dokuwiki.
2. Log in as quality_manager.
3. In next window , click on 'admin' on right upper corner of window.following window opens.
4. Click on 'User manager'. following window opens after scrolling down.
5. Enter user name,password,E-mail and groups.Example shown in screenshot.
6. Click on 'Add'.

5. As shown in screenshot,Select Group in 'permission for' menu from dropdown menu.
6. In below section 'add new entry' select none,read,edit,create,upload,delete.For example, If you sect '@biochemistry' user then click on 'upload' and click 'save'.
7. For technician give only 'Read' and for resident give 'upload'.
8. If you want to change permission in existing user,click on that permission in table shown in above screenshot.click on 'update'.
