Click on LJ Chart. Following Window will be seen.

Click on Date wise. Following Window will be seen

Name equipment name in box of “QC Equipment” for example XL_1000 or XL_640 or VITROS_3600.

Click on BI

following window will open.

select test from morning QC profile seen as below.

click on export.

one csv file will form. save it as odt file. for example creatinine.ods

arrange it as shown below.

Now calculate average, SD and CV of monthly data.For calculating average write in the cell “=AVERAGE( then select the data of which average is to be calculated . similarly for SD write ”=STDEV(“ and then follow the same as that for average. CV = SD/AVERAGE*100}}

From the RIQAS file write method wise , obtained and instrument wise result.

And then write literature value of that lot of QC.
