  6. Compare with QC results of other examinations
Integrity of reagents
  1. Interview technician who mixed, refilled reagents
  2. Visually inspect reagents
  3. Compare with reagent from freshly refilled reagent-bottle
  4. Verify Manufacturer, Lot number
  5. Verify due date of calibration
  6. Compare with QC results of other examinations
Integrity of Equipment
  1. Compare with QC results of other examinations
  2. Automated chemistry analysers: Light sources, Cuvette washing, Probe Cleaning, Wash solution dispensing
  3. ISE analyses: Electrode response
