How to prepare 1% Agarose gel

  1. Dissolve 150 mg of pure agarose in 15 ml of TEB buffer (pH 8.6).
  2. Boil it to dissolve it completely & make a homogeneous & clear solution.
  3. To make sure that agarose powder dissolve completely,look under the glassware in light.Be careful for your eyes.
