How to prepare 1% Agarose gel
- Dissolve 150 mg of pure agarose in 15 ml of TEB buffer (pH 8.6).
- Boil it to dissolve it completely & make a homogeneous & clear solution.
- To make sure that agarose powder dissolve completely,look under the glassware in light.Be careful for your eyes.
