1% Agarose Gel Preparation
- Dissolve 100 mg of pure agarose in 10 ml of glycine-Tris buffer ( Half Diluted) pH 8.6.
- Weight entire flask along with agarose and buffer. Note it down.
- Boil it to dissolve it completely & make a homogeneous & clear solution.
- Weight the boiled solution and add DI water equivalent to evaporated volume.
- Again boiled the solution to mixed it properly.
- To make sure that agarose powder dissolve completely,look under the glassware in light.Be careful for your eyes.
