1% Agarose Gel Preparation
Dissolve 100 mg of pure agarose in 10 ml of
glycine-Tris buffer ( Half Diluted)
pH 8.6.
Weight entire flask along with agarose and buffer. Note it down.
Boil it to dissolve it completely & make a homogeneous & clear solution.
Weight the boiled solution and add DI water equivalent to evaporated volume.
Again boiled the solution to mixed it properly.
To make sure that agarose powder dissolve completely,look under the glassware in light.Be careful for your eyes.
