take 100mg of agarose powder in a flask very carefully that powder does not touch side surface of flask(prefer using funnel)

Dissolve agarose in 10 ml of hippurate buffer pH 8.6. Pour buffer slowly from the side of flask to avoid sticking of particles to side surface of flask as particles ma interfere elecrophoresis run

Boil it to dissolve it completely & make a homogeneous & clear solution.

To make sure that agarose powder dissolve completely,look under the glassware in light.Be careful for your eyes.
