How to prepare 1% Agarose gel
Dissolve 100 mg of pure agarose in 10 ml of hippurate buffer pH 8.6.
Boil it to dissolve it completely & make a homogeneous & clear solution.
To make sure that agarose powder dissolve completely,look under the glassware in light.Be careful for your eyes.
