When you found following error message, do as listed here.

Click on setting button as shown below.

Then click on preferences.

Click on Network.

Following screen will be shown.

Choose “Direct Connection to the Internet”

All the proxy boxes should be blank as shown to you in following screen.

Then try it again to install software.

Make sure that Connection setting should be like this.
