Arrange the L Blocks in such a manner to make the Square shaped space in between

Pour the molten paraffin wax in the L block Temperature should be 65’C

Take the tissue from the casset, orient the tissue properly and add it in the center of the L block. Gentely press the tissue and then attach the label accordingly.

Allow it to solidify and then remove the L block

Block size should be atleast 1.5×1.5cm2

Trim the blocks.
